While struggling to find ways to expand our businesses to new areas, our collaborative group of commercial maintenance contractors searched for efficient solutions but found none.
EUREKA MOMENT
One fine morning in 2014, we had a Eureka moment.
An idea hatched that would bring crowdsourcing collaboration to the underserved commercial property maintenance industry.
ITS NOT SO EASY
We began an extensive search to find someone qualified to create such a thing and who shared our passion for changing this industry.
Unknown to our group, far, far away, was a group of developers looking for a unique challenge. They were passionate about creating something meaningful and revolutionary that had not been created before.
They were on their quest to find their eureka moment.
AND SOMETHING INCREDIBLE WAS BORN
Four years later, with a million lines of code and hundreds of gallons of coffee, the world's first and only collaborative maintenance contract community was born.

Aaron has been in the maintenance industry for 30 years, most recently as the President of RueVac Property Services in Orange, California. He is the author of “Sweeping up Profits.” He has mentored countless commercial maintenance contractors to nurture and grow their businesses.
